Each suite has an electric teakettle, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, plates, bowls, silverware, mugs, glasses, corkscrew/bottle opener, cutting board.
Environmental Commitment
You can enjoy complimentary premium shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap. We have refillable bottles of all of these products (no mini hotel-sized bottles), drastically reducing the amount of plastic consumed. All of the products are organic, biodegradable, antiallergenic, and made here in Chile...and, they smell amazing!
We use the same ecologically conscious line of laundry detergent and cleaning products!
We provide bath and hand towels, but wash them after you leave (not every single day), as to reduce the environmental impact.
We do not iron sheets or towels in order to reduce electrical consumption. We don´t use dryers for the same reason.
Our Suites were designed to optimize energy--our heating system, thermopanel windows, water heater, and use of energy-efficient appliances.
While building, we tried to salvage and restore as much as possible. We reused or repurposed old materials, and when not possible, chose materials that are sustainable and durable.
Policies
-Check in after 16:00.
-Check out before 12:00.
-Minimum of two consecutive nights.
-If you need a late check-out, let us know. There is an additional charge of $15 per hour after 12:00.
-No pets allowed.
-No smoking in suites (we have outdoor smoking areas).
-We don´t accept visitors who are not our guests here.
-Try to not be too noisy after 10pm or before 7am.
